My office is located in Lakewood, where there is still plenty of free parking, and easy access to freeways, Puyallup, Fircrest, University Place, Steilacoom, McChord Air Force Base, and Fort Lewis Army Base.  2006 marks my sixteenth year of private practice.

As your lawyer, I can secure disclosure of records and information, by subpoena and/or deposition for example, and ensure fairness and an "even playing field" in cases which are often emotional and overwhelming for a client. 

In contested cases, the court system requires parties to fulfill numerous steps and meet deadlines in preparation for trial.  Parties who try to represent themselves may be inadequately prepared at trial time.  I am objective and experienced in detecting critical issues, and in long-term thinking, so that your interests are protected.
